Our welcome series and monthly emails connect chefs with inspiring content from Michelin-starred and James Beard winners (like Michael Solomonov and Danny Bowein) who are reimagining what's possible with plants.

It's been exciting to help create this bridge between Flora's innovative dairy alternatives and the talented professionals who are shaping the future of food—giving them both practical solutions and a voice that’s connecting with chefs across America.
