Change is a journey. More than 350 years since its Royal Charter was granted, Hudson’s Bay Company is working to reconcile its past, and committing to a more equitable future for all. In 2021, Hudson’s Bay Foundation changed how it invested in communities, committing $30 million over ten years to partnerships advancing racial equity. I was proud to name this initiative and work on the team to help bring it to launch.
